How to Place an Order

Promotional Item Purchasing

The promotional products on the ISG Store are filed under the categories displayed on the top of every page. By hovering over the categories, the various subcategories (if applicable) will automatically pop up. For instance, by hovering over the category of Apparel, the site will reveal the two subcategories associated with it such as Men's Apparel and Women's Apparel. A click of the mouse will take you to that category or subcategory page.

Once you choose the quantity and color (if applicable) of a desired product, click on Add to Cart. You will then be redirected to your shopping cart for review. You can continue shopping by browsing through the categories or click the Checkout link at the top of the page to begin the check out process.

Completing Your Purchase

United States Shipments

1. You may be asked to log in if you have not already done so. You have two options:
   1. Enter your credentials and click Login.
   2. If you have not yet registered, you may select Register. You will then be redirected to the registration page. For further instructions on how to register, please see Creating an Account at the top of this page.
2. Please enter your billing information into the appropriate fields. At the bottom of the form, choose whether or not you would like to ship to your billing address, and select Continue.
3. If you chose to ship to a different address, please enter your shipping information now, and select Continue when finished. If you chose to ship to your billing address, skip this step.
4. Please choose your preferred shipping method. If your order is shipping internationally, you will be asked for your shipper number later. Select Continue.
5. Choose a payment method (for example: credit card, purchase order, etc.) and complete the required information. Select Continue when finished.

6. Please review your order for accuracy. If your order is shipping internationally, please enter your shipper number in the Special Instructions box. When ready, select Place Order to complete the checkout process. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipments Outside the United States

1. Open the shipping destination menu (flag icon) on the bottom left of any page.
2. Select the destination country from the dropdown menu.
3. Visit the checkout via the shopping cart dropdown at the top of any page or the Checkout button located at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page.
4. Please enter your shipping information into the appropriate fields. At the bottom of the form, choose whether your billing address is different than your shipping address.
5. If you need to enter a different address for billing, please enter your billing information now. If you chose to ship to your billing address, skip this step.
6. Under the Shipping Options section, please choose your preferred shipping method.
7. Enter your credit card information in the appropriate fields under the Payment section.
8. Please review your order for accuracy. If your order has any special requirements, please enter them in the Comments field. When ready, select Place My Order to complete the checkout process. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
